Your Chairperson Kit arrives approximately four weeks before your sale and includes everything you need to start preparing and promoting your Holiday Shop.

Here’s what you’ll find inside!

What’s Included in Your Kit?

  • Parent Letters/Budget Envelopes: Send these home with students to introduce the sale. Parents can list the people their child is shopping for and include money or gift certificates. Children get to enjoy choosing the gifts themselves!
  • Coming Soon Posters: Display these in your school’s hallways, lobby, or other busy areas to build excitement about your upcoming Holiday Shop.
  • Chairperson Manual/App Information Flyer: This flyer directs you to our online manual and introduces the Cash Register App, which helps you manage your entire Holiday Shop and check out students right from your phone or tablet.
  • Holiday Shop Bucks (If Selected as Your Bonus): These can be used to help children who may need a little extra shopping money. Consider working with teachers to identify students who would benefit and distributing the Holiday Shop Bucks discreetly so everyone can enjoy the shopping experience.

Get Started with the Cash Register App!

Your Chairperson Kit also includes your login information for accessing your Chairperson Portal and Cash Register App.

We recommend downloading the Cash Register App as soon as your kit arrives!

Available for Apple and Android devices, the app lets you manage your Holiday Shop, track deliveries, place reorders, check out students, and much more.

Prefer using a computer? You can also access your Holiday Shop information through the web-based Chairperson Portal.

Customize & Share Your Parent Website

One of your first tasks is to update your school’s MySchool Parent Website with your shopping dates, class schedule, and other important details.

Then share your website link with families through school emails, newsletters, and social media.

You’ll also find ready-to-use promotional graphics in the Cash Register App and Chairperson Portal to make spreading the word even easier!
