Chairperson Portal

You can easily access the Chairperson Portal by finding the link in the header of this website. To enter, use your Holiday Shop PIN Code, which you can locate in the emails we’ve sent you or on the cover letter in your “Chairperson Materials Kit.”

This portal contains essential details about your sale, including:

  • Contract Summary: It provides information about your school, your organization members, sales representative, sale dates, enrollment, inventory, profit, and shipping addresses for materials, inventory, and returns.
  • Orders & Shipments: This section covers all shipments, including the chairperson kit, initial gift shipment, reorders, and IOUs. It offers comprehensive details for each shipment, including addresses, tracking information, and the inventory enclosed.
  • Sales History: If your school has used our services before, you can access past sales history.
  • Delivery Tracking: Conveniently access and track all shipment deliveries in one place.
  • Gift Certificate Sales: Real-time logs of all gift certificate sales are available for your review. This feature helps in case a child loses or forgets a gift certificate. All gift certificates are automatically credited off your invoice. For detailed info, click “Gift Certificates” in the menu.
  • Credit Card Sales: Ideal for night, weekend, or volunteer sales, the app can accept credit card payments, and Apple devices support tap-to-pay. Credit card sales are logged in real time and automatically credited off your invoice. Note that Wi-Fi is required for credit card transactions. For detailed info, click “App & Checkout” in the menu.
  • Reorder Inventory & IOU Request: We kindly request that all reorders and IOUs be submitted through the Chairperson Portal. Our user-friendly mobile interface allows you to easily view your needs and reorder inventory while walking around your tables. All reorders and IOUs, along with tracking information, are displayed here. For detailed info, click “Reorders & IOU’s” in the menu.
  • Sale Invoicing: This feature simplifies invoicing. You can enter your daily cash sales or your grand total at the end of your sale, and the system will automatically calculate your invoice based on your sales, minus profit, gift certificates, and credit card sales. For detailed info, click “Invoicing, Payment & Re-sign Bonus” in the menu.
  • Support Materials: Here, you can access our Marketing Toolbox, which includes social media blocks, logos, and other useful media materials.
  • MySchool Parent Website: Here is where you will find your unique URL to share with your families. You can also customize the site’s opening message and add your class schedule or other details.
  • Resign Offer: After your sale is complete you can simply click the Resign Offer button on the website and qualify for the largest bonus of the year. If you don’t have your dates or other details, it is not a problem…those details can be provided later.
